SEAFOOD SALAD WITH CRAYFISH, SMOKED SALMON, TUNA SALAD AND AVOCADO

SERVES 4            COOKS IN 25 MINUTES               DIFFICULTY SUPER EASY

Ingredients

  • 200 g of smoked salmon
  • 100 g of crayfish
  • a tub of store-bought tuna salad
  • 150 g of oak leaf salad mix or another salad mix
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • a small vine of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • pepper and salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado into cubes, the cherry tomatoes and the cucumber into slices.

  2. Arrange the oak leaf salad mix on a large serving plate. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad mix and toss gently. Sprinkle on some pepper and salt.

  3. Decorate the plate with the avocado, tomatoes and cucumber.

  4. Tear up the smoked salmon and dress the plate by laying the pieces of salmon in small groups.

  5. Take an ice scoop and scoop out a ball of tuna salad and place it on the plate as well. I used two scoops of tuna salad to add to my salad but add as many as you please.

  6. Sprinkle the crawfish over the plate to finish it all off .

  7. Serve with thick slices of freshly baked bread.
